Shipping

Within Australia

All items ship from Sydney, Australia using Australia Post. We will endeavour to ship your item within 1-3 business days of your order. Precise shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Free shipping within Australia for orders over $35! Australia post has been experiencing delays. 

If you believe something has happened to your order please contact us so we may investigate any errors or shipping delays. Please ensure you have submitted your correct address. We will not be held responsible if provided with the incorrect shipping address.

International Shipping

We now offer limited international shipping only on the Etsy site and only for some items. Prints, notebooks and totes available to NZ, USA, Canada and UK. If shopping in the US, most greeting card designs are available online at Postable. Postable have licensed our greeting card designs and print and ship within the US.

Returns

We do our absolute best to ensure all listings are authentically depicted and that all orders are accurately filled. If you have received an incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible so we may send you the correct item. Very slight imperfections may be present in products due to printing processes and also because perfection does not exist.

If the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to replace it with a similar or identical item. We will not be held responsible for any damage to the item after it is in your possession. We will not be held responsible if you have provided an incorrect mailing address.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind after the item has been shipped. We will happily provide a refund if we have not shipped the item yet so please get in touch as soon as possible.
